We are happy to assist with house clearances, full, part, thinning down on moving or single item. We also offer a probate and schedule service for estates and insurances.

We give a free, no obligation visit to the property to advise and discuss your requirements.

We can offer a complete house clearance service whereby we will auction all saleable assets and dispose of items of no value or un-saleable.  The realisation of the items sold we will take off the cost of the clearance which could result in the cost being covered by the sale and may even result in a payment being made to you. However, if the sale of items does not cover the cost an invoice for the shortfall after the sale will be raised.

We are based in Lowestoft and cover Suffolk and Norfolk.
